Providing support nationwide
iCare is the UK Islamic Mission’s dedicated outreach programme, launched to serve vulnerable communities across the United Kingdom. From food hubs and cost-of-living support to winter survival packs and emergency aid, iCare delivers compassionate, grassroots assistance through volunteer-led initiatives rooted in Islamic values.
With projects active in multiple UK cities, we respond to real needs on the ground—uplifting individuals and strengthening communities through dignity, action, and care.
We are dedicated to supporting those in need in our local
communities, including our own city of Peterborough.
The iCare Food Hub provides both individuals and families in need with food parcels.

DonateOur volunteer‑driven team in Peterborough offers compassionate, community‑based support that addresses both immediate needs and long‑term well‑being. From serving nutritious meals in our onsite community kitchen to running a cost‑of‑living support hub and food bank every Sunday, we strive to ensure dignity and empowerment for all who seek our help. We also deliver food parcels, clothing and baby essentials to those unable to visit, and our weekly community hub provides a welcoming space for advice and companionship. With inclusivity and local engagement at the core of our mission, we’re building trust and resilience across the city.

Education is powerful and empowering, although not everyone has access to what should be a basic human right. Hundreds of thousands of children who are living in poverty simply do not have a basic education, denying them the ability to read and write – which then denies them the prospect of a brighter future.
